Geoff Dougall, CPA

Managing Partner

Geoff formed our firm nearly 15 years ago and has led it through a series of mergers, acquisitions, and successions during that time. Additionally, he provides business management and tax planning perspective to the work he does.

Geoff enjoys working directly with clients on strategic planning and business advisory projects. He has over 25 years of working closely with business owners and enjoys working jointly with them as they grow and successfully build their business. Additionally, he has a deep knowledge of equity and stock-based compensation and works closely with clients that have questions and opportunities in this area.

Geoff has served on the Board of Directors for Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants for many years and is currently Chair-Elect for the Society. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
When not working, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids playing games, traveling, and experience Portland food scene.
 

Dirk Conradie, CPA, PFS

Advisor

Dirk has been in public accounting since 2003. He specializes in wealth management and financial planning. He helps individuals, business owners and families create and execute financial plans, manage assets, and grow wealth. Dirk works closely with the tax team to integrate financial strategies with tax planning.
 
Dirk holds the CPA Personal Financial Specialist designation and is a registered investment advisor. 

Dirk is an outdoor person and enjoys camping with his wife, Kristin, and their two boys. He has a passion for horses, surfing, hiking and being in nature.
 

Heather Jackson, CPA

Partner

Heather brings tax and human resource management skills to the firm.

Heather’s passion is helping clients achieve financial success. She has over 23 years of experience advising businesses and individuals with their tax, accounting, and strategic planning needs. Heather specializes in clients in the real estate and construction industries and those multi-state arenas.

She participates on the Taxation Strategic Committee and Legislative Analysis Subcommittee of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. Heather is a graduate of University of Portland.

When away from the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, hiking, playing piano, and exploring new places.
 

Monte Harrell, CPA, PFS

Partner

Monte brings audit and tax skills to the firm.

Monte believes in helping clients succeed.  He has over 27 years of experience helping businesses and individuals with their audit, accounting, tax and planning needs.  Monte specializes in small to medium sized clients in the medical, legal, and manufacturing industries and those with audit needs.  He has worked with businesses in various stages from choosing the right entity when starting a business to structuring a sale at the end of business.

He is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, the AICPA, and the Personal Financial Planning Section of the AICPA.

In his spare time, Monte enjoys spending time with his family, reading, geocaching, hammock camping, woodworking, and participating in archery.
 

Lee Owen, CPA CPA

Partner

Lee brings business management, international tax, estate planning, and not-for-profit tax compliance skills to the firm.

Lee’s focus is helping local business owners achieve long term financial success. He has more than 15 years of experience working with organizations and individuals on their tax, accounting, and strategic planning needs. Engineers, medical practitioners, attorneys, and other highly skilled professionals are Lee’s primary focus. He understands well the tax issues, both domestic and international, these professionals often face. Lee is also well versed in estate taxation, which allows him to help maximize wealth not only for his clients but for their families as well.

Lee is a graduate of Portland State University (cum laude, B.S. in accounting) and University of Oregon (cum laude, B.S. in physical science).

When away from the office, Lee enjoys boxing, back country hiking, fly fishing, and playing guitar.
