Qualifications

  • Candidates have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferable with multiple clients concurrently.

Expectations of this position

  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations, coding transactions, and making journal entries
  • Proficient and comfortable with other common business software and adaptability to new software as required
  • Understand bookkeeping for different types of entities (C Corp, S Corp, Partnership, Sole Proprietors)
  • Ability to clean up improper maintained books and advise clients on how to make improvements
