How to Use Our Onvio Secure Client Portal to Send Tax Documents

As tax season gets underway, many clients want to know the safest and fastest way to send documents. Our answer: use our Onvio secure client portal. It keeps everything encrypted, organized, and easy to access.

Below is a simple overview of what the portal offers and how to use it.

 

Why We Recommend the Portal

1. Secure, Encrypted Storage

The portal protects your sensitive tax information using secure, password‑protected access. Anything you upload stays safely stored—no lost emails, no expired links, no duplicated requests.

2. Easy Access to Past Returns & Vouchers

Copies of your prior tax returns, vouchers, and any documents you’ve submitted remain in your folder year‑round. If you need something later, you can download it instantly without needing us to resend it.

 

How to Access Your Portal

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Visit CPANW.com
  2. Click the Client Portal button in the top‑right corner
  3. Log in with your username and password
  4. Select the Documents tab to view everything in your folder
  5. Choose the correct tax year
  6. Click + Add to upload documents from your computer, phone, or scanned images

When you upload documents, our team is automatically notified—no need to send a separate email.

If you have both personal and business entities, simply use the dropdown menu to switch between folders.

 

How We Request Additional Documents

During tax season, you may receive a portal-generated upload link listing exactly what we need. Anything you upload through that link goes directly into your secure folder.
